Personal Development:

In this presentation I define Personal Development, how to handle our everyday ups and downs, how to create inspiration in your life, believing in yourself, creating your own hour of power and the importance of affirmations. (45 minutes)

Motivational Talk:

My motivational talks are high energy and focus on taking charge of your life. I look at how thoughts become things, the goal setting process, how to be grateful for everything that happens in your life, how to manifest your dreams. (45 minutes)
